Solaire Infrared Gas Grill Searing Heat For Awesome Barbecued Flavor
When the infrared burner was first invented it was used in a variety of settings including heating stores and warehouses. The power of infrared heat is now in a grill form that is functional for residential homes thanks to Solaire Infrared Grilling Systems. Solaire infrared BBQ grill are manufactured in America by Rasmussen Iron Works. Rasmussen is a family owned manufacturer founded in 1907 making fireplace tools. Decades have passed and Rasmussen Iron Works is manufacturing gas logs and the added infrared gas grills, burners, accessories and outdoor kitchen accessories. These products include highly crafted gas logs, gas heaters, and of course infrared grills.
The infrared grill searing heat locks moisture within food while grilling with temperatures over one-thousand degrees. The infrared gas BBQ grill burner heats to maximum searing temperature within three minutes. Solaire infrared grills are ready to cook within minutes of lighting the grill making day to day cooking very convenient and flavorfull. What sets the barbecues apart is the intensity of the infrared grill burner. Augmenting the flavor associated with barbecuing infrared burners are immediately hot using less gas and creating almost no mess of drippings and flare ups. Infrared technology heats your food directly while other barbecues transfer heat in the air so all of the heat radiates directly to what you are grilling.

With or without a back burner we were able to barbecue the Thanksgiving turkey. To do this, turn on the infrared rotisserie back burner if available (if not, off-set the grill burners). Mount the poultry on the spit, use the forks to keep it steady and set the counterweight for smooth movement. Add a little heat to get moisture circulating after a light coating with olive oil. Take the BBQ pan and fill with water, or beer if you prefer. Moisture will permeate the air around the bird acting like automatic basting. Add moisture if necessary until inner meat is 165 degrees. More heat will barbeque faster limiting absorption and less heat allows more time for meat to soak up surrounding flavors. This was a succulent turkey that is sure to please any amount of guests.
Because Solaire is the only infrared gas grill that can add different burners and accessories quickly and easily the variations for barbecuing and grilling are endless. Infrared burners are the pinnacle of grilling technology and all the major (read: expensive) steakhouses use infrared burner grills to sear steak and fish. The control valve that allows the infrared burner to switch to a convectional burner provides Solaire with a versatility unmatched in other infrared gas grills. The burners easily lift free of the inner barbecue to be swapped out with the other barbecue burner for a completely different cooking experience. With the convectional ‘blue-flame’ burner installed instead of the intense infrared pressurized burner the Solaire will barbeque like any other common product. The Solaire infrared burners are different form other infrared grills because the burner has a wide range of heat as the valve is controlled higher or lower. This low heat is not possible with other infrared grill manufacturers.
